30th November

The "The Creative Week - Siberia" forum was held in Krasnoyarsk from November 26th to 28th. More than 60 events with 200 speakers in the format of plenary sessions, discussions, presentations, round tables and public-talks took place within the framework of the forum during the three days.

The Creative Industries Federation prepared and held a large plenary session titled "Individual Leaders of the Regional Economy" with participation of representatives of regions from all over the country:

- Anna Tereshkova, Vice-Mayor of Novosibirsk, head of the Department of Culture, Sports and Youth Policy of the Novosibirsk City Hall;

- Valeria Guseinova, head of the Kaliningrad Fund of Creative Industries "Crespective”;

- Mikhail Egoshin - the director for regions of the Flacon group of companies, manager of Flacon.Space creative spaces in Sochi, Ryazan, Moscow and Kaliningrad regions;

- Afanasiy Savvin - general director of the JSC "Corporation of Development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)”;

- Ekaterina Udalova - Deputy Head of the "My Business" Center of Innovative Technological and Creative Entrepreneurship of the Ugra Fund for the support of businesses;

- other representatives of local infrastructure organizations from Irkutsk, Omsk, Tyumen and Moscow.

The participants discussed local development strategies, concepts and laws that would solidify the activity plan on the development of the creative industries and creative economy in the regions. Despite differences in approaches, a key point was revealed - that the local creative identification of a region, the identification of a correct audience and the development of personal communication with each of the actors are of great importance for a successful strategy.

The second event continued on the theme of the importance of personality and identification of a region’s creative-industrial specialization.

The Creative Industries Federation presented the results of Anklav.100 Most Creative Russians, the one hundred top regional creative leaders, who have been shaping the creative industries landscape of the Kaliningrad region. The project was implemented together with the "Crespective" local creative industries development fund.

The list is based on the results of a survey among 200 local market experts in 12 creative industries. More information about the research methodology and results can be found at Anklav.100MCR.com.
